  • but early exposure to IT sparked his deep interest in technology, making him self-taught in computer science. Sam started his career as an IT instructor in the French Éducation Nationale, before joining the founding team of Primelocation.com in London, the UK's leading luxury real estate portal. He quickly rose from Sales Representative for France to International Business Manager.

    In 2006, when the website was acquired by DMGT, he had successfully led his team to create the largest non-domestic online property inventory globally, directly sourced from local agents. To deepen his expertise, he also worked as a luxury real estate agent in Toulouse, gaining firsthand experience and boosting the agency’s performance with digital marketing. His vast network spans tens of countries, and he has collaborated with PropTech and SaaS companies across the UK, USA, France, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Turkey, and Portugal.

    Now, through Ambé Consulting International, Sam blends his deep knowledge of real estate, technology, and cultural business dynamics to guide companies in their international expansion, offering tailored strategies for seamless global growth while respecting local market nuances.
